Grand Cru Red Burgundy Collection - 6 Bottles

Price: $2,450.00

Six bottle collection includes two bottles each of:

Louis Latour Romanee St. Vivant Grand Cru 2015
98 Points - James Suckling
"So perfumed and aromatic with fabulous character of flowers, dark berries and chalk. Full-bodied and voluptuous. Ripe and velvety tannins and a long and flavorful finish. A wine with great potential and depth. Flamboyant. Drink in 2022. " -James Suckling April 2017

Remoissenet Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2015
93-95 - Robert Parker
"The 2015 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru comes from a 0.5-hectare parcel close to the south wall next to Liger-Belair, Rion, Lemarie and Lamarche. It has a very pure and sensual bouquet with dark cherries, crushed strawbery and hints of cassis all with very fine delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with silky smooth tannins, great depth and body with a gentle grip on the finish. This is a Clos Vougeot from the top drawer." Robert Parker April 2017

Domaine Taupenot-Merme Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2015
97 Wine Spectator
"Though the backbone of this red is solid, this shows a sense of elegance too, along with concentrated flavors of cherry, blueberry and spice. A sheen of oak should absorb nicely into the overall balance. The finish seems to go on endlessly. Best from 2024 through 2048. 50 cases imported." Wine Spectator Web Edition 2018

93-95 Robert Parker
"The 2015 Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru has an expressive bouquet with redcurrant, raspberry coulis, a touch of honey and a hint of Seville orange marmalade. It opens nicely in the glass, though does not slip into fifth gear at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, cohesive in the mouth and quite saline and spicy. There is generosity here, a trait of Charmes-Chambertin, with the mineral core surfacing right at the finish as it fans out. This is an impressive follow-up to the superb 2014 and it should give 20+ years of pleasure." Robert Parker December 2016
